Check the modules in IIS Manager under the server
Look for the exppw module, if it is present go to modules under the Default Web Site and set it to native

If this module is missing, verify that you have all the Windows 2008 prerequisites installed

small correction:

below the "Default web site\owa"
then click on the modules..to search for the exppw.dll

IF really wanted to test all the OWA features, try checking the "OWA password change" option.
