Excel 2007 Adding Dynamic Vertical/Horizontal Lines To Scatter Chart

Hello,

Attached is a scatter chart that I need to add vertical and horizontal lines to show the averages of the two catagories.  The vertical line should be based on cell S18 and the horizontal line on cell T18.  I've looked at a few examples and cant figure out how to create this so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  The 2nd chart shows you how the 2 lines should appear.

Like so - plot two additional series and change the chart type for those two series to show connecting lines. See attached.
