Replication error event id 1865, 1311, and 1566 source ntds KCC

Nothing has changed in your environment and we started to get error messages on Event Viewer for NTDS KCC every 15 minutes or so.

The event IDs are 1865, 1311, and 1566. After some investigation, I found the following error when I run repadmin/failcache from my ISTG:
Dc object guid:…….
21 consecutive failures since 2001-03-09 10:57:16
Last error: 8606(0x219e):
Insufficient attributes were given to create an object. This object may not exist because it may have been deleted and already garbage collected

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Does it really say 2001 in that date?

21 consecutive failures since 2001-03-09 10:57:16

If so, check the time/date on the server(s). If they're out of sync they won't replicate.
