We are in the process of installing ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus MSP and would like to know if anyone has some guidance on a successful installation process. We are having several major issues. When we create a new ticket the ticket is created but the browser hangs (IE 8, Firefox, etc.). Just tried to run a short report and the application hung.
Help, suggestions, experienced consultants all information is welcome. We just need to get out of the gate.
