We are in the process of installing ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus MSP and would like to know if anyone has some guidance on a successful installation process.  We are having several major issues.  When we create a new ticket the ticket is created but the browser hangs (IE 8, Firefox, etc.).  Just tried to run a short report and the application hung.

Help, suggestions, experienced consultants all information is welcome.  We just need to get out of the gate.

Thanks.  We have been to that site and have been working with their documentation.  To date we have run into some problems that their techs couldn't answer so they are working on it.

what version, what database type?  What version of the database engine are you using?  Any errors at all?

We've solved most of the major problems, browser no longer hangs and reports run correctly.  There were several problems in the installation script that needed to be corrected.  Still ironing out some small wrinkles.
