jQuery in SharePoint 2010

Is it possible to use a jQuery plugin in SharePoint 2010?  If so, can you direct me to some resources as to how to do so?  The CEWP strips out the script and doesn't work for me.

Looks possible, might try the ASP.Net AJAX framework for one, but here's a manual option http://praveenbattula.blogspot.com/2009/05/jquery-integration-in-sharepoint.html
