Ghost Cast Server Imp Suite 2.5.1

We currently trying to setup a ghost cast server with PXE server and when the client computer boots, I get a TCP/IP error when I add the -ja = session parameters, what should I do?

1) Check that nothing is blocking the PXE session ( VLAN, switch etc )

2) simplify it, and try the simplest case you can

3) Contact tech support for Symantec if after having read the manuals the the KB articiles you still are having issues.
