I signed up for an account for my website and I wanted to know the settings I'll need so that I can receive my websites emails to my Sprint EVO (PDA) ?

Also, I sent an email from my email website and it took almost 4 days to forward the email to my personal email.

Any ideas?

Might be that the forwarding is being denied.  Might set up your PDA to do IMAP access to your GoDaddy email account as well as your personal email.
