Installing windows SP1 Windows 7

I am trying to install SP1 on windows 7 Ultimate on a new computer. I uninstalled McAffee and there is no virus scanner running and i am getting error 80200053. and the offline install also fails

how are you installing? Are you booting from the dvd, and formatting the hard drive?

Sorry out of box preinstalled. it gets to installing sp1 and fails

Also try this one. There is an accepted answer by restarting the update service.
