I have Exchange 2007 and 2003 at HQ with a CAS and webmail is accisable from the internet.

I just setup a remote ad site with Exchange 2007 and CAS. I want to configure the HQ CAS server to proxy user that are located in the remote ad site to the located there CAS.

How would I configure that? Is there any step by step guides?

basically there is nothing to configure, just keep the CAS in the remote site without any ExternalURL configuration and your cas should  proxy to the other one as long as they are in different AD sites
