Restricting user access in Sendmail

Hi Group

I just have a question regarding sendmail. I wanted to know how you could allow certain users to have access to internal mail only. They should not be able to receive any external mail. Is there any way to configure this in sendmail?

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated

Rules in  /etc/mail/access
To:userid@localhost.com                OK
To:userid@                                     DISCARD

localhost.com --> Assumed local domain named.
You can also you REJECT instead of discard
