Given a time in MS format, what is the Excel worksheet formula to give timestamp formatted HHMMSS

Example:  supose Now() is one second before midnight, the formula would give  235959

=TEXT(NOW(),"HHMMSS")

you may replace now() function with the reference to another cell containing datetime
