blackberry does not receive mail after isp change to cox

just changed to cox as isp and all blackberry's do not receive email from exchange 2003 pop account, worked fine prior to shift to cox, OWA works, any ideas

make sure the cname/a host record you use for your blackberry to connect to your exchange are updated with the new IP address...
