Internal Server Error in Pentaho BI

We are using Pentaho BI with Oracle. last one year system working fine. last week we have implement one major module. After that system throwing Internal Server Error during working hours. but same reports working fine during non-working hours.

Can anyone help me to find the problem and solution for the same

Problem not in the application. there are more user access the system in the same time... thats why this problem came. we have find and gave solution
