Rude and miss leading Team lead

Team lead is confusing me on at work and tell me to sending wrong mails to client (which i don't know) to making me a under performer..

Possibly , He dare that i will come up in his level.. and this may a threat to his job

How i can take up the situation?

I works in offshore under Team Lead , my reporting manager is always in on-site!

Is there a human resources manager? They are trained to deal with problems like this.
If not, can you talk to your team lead's supervisor?
What's the job market like in your area? Can you get hired somewhere else, possibly for more money than you are making now?

Yea,there is a HR manager...   i already told to the tl superviser ...no use....
software developement ...and its possible to get better job

Then it sounds like your options are:

A. Document your situation carefully. Keep a log of the things your TL is doing and why you think it is wrong. Save this up for a couple of weeks, then present a formal written complaint to HR. Use a spelling/grammar checker to improve the presentation of the complaint to increase your credibility. They can't ignore that (well, they can, but if they do, you need a new job).

B. Switch jobs.

yes ,i documented the situation and escalated the issue! After discussion they have accepted the mistake. But they asked me to leave the organisation :-(

I escalated it to the line manager not the HR manager.

They acknowledged their mistake, and then asked you to quit? That sucks. Hope it works out well for you in the long run, and you can work yourself into a better scenario.

Currently they are saying things must be confidential .. it shouldn't go to a third person... what i only asked is some time to give me patience to look for a better job.
