Google Navigational Bar

Hello,

I want to add a header to a website, similar to how they have done on the home page (google.com). I took a look at their code and they definitely overcomplicated it. I just need a basic replica of their navigational bar (doesn't have to be exact) which I can then adjust/improve and add it a site.

Thank you.
