Exchange 2007 Best Practise scan -  Unrecognized exchange signature

When I run the best practise scan, I get an error for a exchange 2007 (hub transport server) installed in the 2007 exchange infrastructure.

Unrecognized exchange signature. Current Domain Prep version 13040.

I am assuming this is because domain prep was completed for the installation of 2010 exchange in the environment - and the hub transport server 2007 was installed after, considering i think for 2007 the object version is 10628 for domain prep.

What is the best approach to fix? I am going to install a 2010 exchange server shortly in the domain as well.

Thanks!
