Is it possible to forward a twitter update, automatically, from a person I am follwing to an email address?

I don't have access to twitter at my office, but I have e-mail service, is it possible to receive updates, automatically, from the person(s) and companies I'm following to an email address?

Sorry about that, I used to use it instead of the following:

http://tweetymail.com/

Try that. I did not know the guy had stopped developing the app.

I no longer use twitter due to their privacy rules which let them send anything and everything about twitter users to the US Government - so much for free speech, eh?  And not being a US citizen I strongly objected to this stance.
