Your tomcat-users.xml should include one more role, 'admin'..e.g.

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<tomcat-users>
<role rolename="admin"/>
<role rolename="manager"/>
<role rolename="tomcat"/>
<role rolename="role1"/>
<user username="admin" password="secret" roles="manager,admin"/>
<user username="tomcat" password="tomcat" roles="tomcat"/>
<user username="role1" password="tomcat" roles="role1"/>
<user username="both" password="tomcat" roles="tomcat,role1"/>
</tomcat-users>

Flexible connectivity for any environment

The KE6900 series can extend and deploy computers with high definition displays across multiple stations in a variety of applications that suit any environment. Expand computer use to stations across multiple rooms with dynamic access.

Hey,

Access denied error seems to due to permission/ownership issue. Please check the output of apache and catalina log for more details or if you are not sure, please paste it here.
