I have a UC500 using Cisco 7960 phones. &nbsp;When someone is on the Headset, they can also hear the caller through the speaker (not too loud, but it can be heard).<br />

Any ideas on how to fix this?<br />

Using the Internet, calls travel as packets of data on shared lines, avoiding the tolls of the PSTN. The challenge in IP telephony is to deliver the voice, fax, or video packets in a dependable flow to the user.
