wordpress layout

Dear Experts,

I need some help trying to place the header section above page section. Something like:

<div id="container">
   <div id="header"></div>
   <div id="page"></div>
<div id="menu"></div>
<div id="content_box"></div>
</div>

Attached goes an image to show you how it looks on my website using firebug.
I would really appreciate some guidance.

Thanks,

Winter

Attached goes an screenshot for reference.
Do you know how can I do that/? I am using thesis theme.

Hi objects,thanks for answering.
Well, the image that was attached shows how is the current layout of my site. I would like to know how can I change that layout. I don't know exactly where to go and edit it.
I think I need to add couple of functions on a php file (like, custom_functions.php) to place the header above the page. but not quite sure how...
Please let me know if this does not make sense..

Thanks so much,

Winter

depends a little on your theme.
header.php would probably be the place to start looking
