Print spooler not started on 1 of two printers

One of our computers has two printers. One connected locally and one connected via the network.  When I try to go to properties on the network printer is states the print spooler isn't running.  However, it is and I can access the other printer properties just fine.  The reason I found this out is that they were trying to print to the network printer and even though the print job acts like it printed, it doesn't.  How do I fix this?  It's critical because they need it tomorrow.

Thanks.  It was the spooler on the pc hosting the printer.  I didn't think of that.
Excellent! Thanks for the points.
