Deploying New VM's in Microsoft VDI

I have a small office that I would like to deploy Microsoft VDI.
I want to setup Win 7 virtual machines.
I only have the VDA licenses and not SCVMM or RDS licenses.
If I already have a master image of a workstation, is there a built in utility with hyper-v that will allow me to quickly create a new VM from the master, or do I just do the "new VM" wizard in hyper-V?

The new VM in the wizard should allow you to select the image to load
