I want to ask clarification this time, what I suppose to do here as I'm very new to this EV server:<br />

What I did is recreate new mailbox with the same alias as it was before (the old account is renamed into something else and new account is renamed to reflect the old one), do I have to do anything again so that the user is able to restore old email message and the enterprise vault can start where it left before / continuing to archiving since the alias name is the same ?<br />
