how do i change administrator passwords in Small Business Servers from 2003 onwards

Same way you did before, go into the Active Directory Users select the Administrator userid and right click and choose change password. Alternatively you can always log in the Administrator on any workstation and then do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and choose Change Password as well.
