best method for batch posting using ABAP in SAP

hi,

can anyone help me in knowing that what is the best and efficient method of bulk invoice posting using ABAP program received from a 3rd party sales system like BDC, BAPI,etc?

Secondly i will appreciate if an example could be provided.
