objected pasted into powerpoint from visio , changed language inside object box (garbled language) . this happens only on some computer why

Are they all running the same versions of PowerPoint/Visio?

Sounds like a unicode issue - try changing the font to one that supports unicode - e.g. Arial Unicode MS font .

 without visio also other computer it is opening . if i install visio in this computer , it can see the fonts if i double click on the page . but other computer it is not needed any visio or any double click
