I am migrating a 5GB mailbox from SBS2003/Exchagne 2003 to Exchange 2010

I am migrating about 25 Exchagne 2003 Mailboxes to Exchange 2010.
One of the mailboxes is a 5GB mailbox.
It has been 'moving' for over 1 hour.
The "Move Request" is in a state of "Moving".
When I right-click the Move Request, it displays the following:
Move Request Status: Moving
Percent Complete: 0%
Duration: 1 hour, 5 minutes
Size: 4GB

Why doesn't it display the 'Percent Complete' accurately?
Why does it say 0% Complete?
If I recall, it was at 20% when I checked it about 20 minutes ago.

Thanks

i see the Mailbox Replication Service restarting on the SBS2003 server about
The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication Servcie keeps restarting every 5 mintues or so with System Event ID 7031, Level=Error.
Oh, I love Microsoft; this is a brand new server with Server 2080 Std,, Exchange 2010, all with latest SPs, and running on excellent hardware.

Maybe this is why I am able to migrate small miailboxes over (the start and end time of the move is betweent he MRS starting and stopping invterval), but that is why the 4GB mailbox is taking forever (over 2 hours now, and it was the only one being moved at a time).
shoot the full error of the ExchangeRS
I installed Exchange Rollup 2; I will keep you posted.
