When I try to launch application through citrix getting error message. "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine" Please help me to resolve this issue.

Apllicaiton which I am getting error is newls published today. PS 4.5 & Server 2003

Did it work locally? Same version of java?
I had to upgrade the java vm when I had this issue
