Add to custom menu.

See attached. I want to add another item to this custom menu. I'm flabbergasted that there is no way to do that. Do I have to delete the menu & start over?

Sorry if I'm missing your meaning here, but you just add the URL and Label for the new item to the Custom Links box on the left.
Then click "Add to Menu"
Then drag and drop the new item to where you want it. Nest it if required.

It was not self evident to me that that is what happened there but that worked perfectly.
