Outlook schedule assistant issue

I have just upgraded a exchange 2003 to 2010 and I have one user who can not see any of the people she used to see in the shedule assistant she can connect to them but there shedule has no info on it ,,

please help

it works for other users

Have the user who's info shows as lines, add a new appointment.

if it doesn't fix, just to make clarify:
you upgraded your server from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010?
One user cannot see anyones schedule data?
or no one can see one particular users schedule data?
did you upgrade outlook on the workstations for everyone?
