MySQL Access Denied PHP MyAdmin

My installation of PHP MyAdmin became corrupted, so I reinstalled it.  I was able to access MySQL via PHP MyAdmin, but it installed without a password. So, within PHP MyAdmin, I set a password.  Everything worked great until I started my computer this morning.  Now I'm getting the following error message:

Error

MySQL said: Documentation
Cannot connect: invalid settings.
phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in your configuration and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

It's not bringing me to the login screen for my MySQL databases.  HELP!!!  How do I access them or remove the password?  Somehow, it became all screwed up without me doing anything to it!

ASKER

Never mind. It just worked.  I opened config.inc.php and reset the password and now it's fine.  Very weird.  This is one buggy installation!
