Is there any way to enable windows authentication against a citrix site? Besides authenticating to Citrix I want my users to login to the website. Being that this will be internet facing I dont want a bare Citrix page exposed.

The authentication is taking place against AD.  If the site is public then you should look in to placing the Web Interface server in the DMZ along with a Secure Gateway, Access Gateway, or NetScaler.
