cisco call manager, ccum

Hi,
I am running ccum 6.1

It looks like the published and subscriber are talking to each other, and the phones are ringing.

Yet if i go to update a device, aka add a new extension, reset device, change display name, that does not get to the devices them selfves

any ideas?

actually i found the issue to be that the DB monitoring service was off.

Check one of the phones and see which CUCM it is registering with? in your phone list in CUCM does the phone show as registered?  Have you set both CUCM in your DHCP settings?

Hello,

run this command from the Command LIne Interface on the server where the IP Phones register to:

show tech notify

If you cannot see a line that on the right side says "ccm", the you are running into a known defect. Let me know the results and will post you the bug link. I can post it here anyways but'll be futile if the output doesn't match. TRy it on all servers actually.

There is no such Database Monitoring Service in CUCM.
