sending from other email address

As you can see from the picture:

image of navigation pane
I have my personal mailbox at the top. I also receive emails from the "info@company.org" email, which can be found at the bottom of the navigation pane. I want to be able to send from that "info at" email address, but i get an error message when I try to do so. How do i fix that?

When you open a new email and click the from do you have the option to select the second account?

what is the error you are getting?
While composing the email, are you trying to change the value of the From field?

AustinComputerLabs,

I do have that option, and that is what i have been doing, but it becomes a pain when I am forwarding hundreds of these emails to different departments every day. It would be easier if i can simply email directly from that email address.

You could change the default account under accounts and then switch it back.

I do not know of an easier way to do this.
