Upgraded Blackberry 9700 to 6.0, now internet email isn't working

I've just upgraded my 9700 from 5.0 to 6.0 and have found that, among other niggles, my internet email account is no longer working.  Enterprise email works fine.

I've resent the service books, deleted and re-added the email account and resent the service books again, but it's just not receiving any email.

AWhere am I going wrong?

When you say it's not working, are you just referring to being able to receive? Have you tried to send a message from that email account? If so, was it successful or unsuccessful?

It is possible that the emails are being received but are being delivered to a hidden icon. On the front screen, press the BlackBerry menu key and select 'Show All'. See if there are any Messaging icons that are currently hidden.

Correct, it wasn't receiving.  I can send an email from that account on the webmail page, but not from the Blackberry - I have only ever been able to reply on the Blackberry - I use the Enterprise email primarily on it.

No they weren't being hidden.  I woke up about 3am this morning, and all the emails sent to my personal email overnight had appeared on the phone.  They started to appear about 9.30pm.  The Blackberry registration email came through about 1am.  Strange that it took that long - previously it's only been a half hour process.

Thanks for the help anyway.
