Cisco ASA5520 VPN-3DES-AES license feature became disabled after installing new IOS image

After installing a new IOS image if I do a "show version" VPN-3DES-AES is disabled.  See below 'show version'
Device Manager Version 6.4(1)

only that you need to register your ASA on cco, and you get free the 3DES license:
