i have webmin running on a fedora box - and yesterday it was working fine. today, in a web-browser - when i go to

http://ipaddressoffedorabox:10000    i also tried https://ipaddressoffedorabox:10000

i get this

The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://ipaddressoffedorabox:10000/

Connection to ipaddressoffedorabox failed.

The system returned: (13) Permission denied

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.

ipaddressoffedorabox = the ip of the fedora box, i just thought i shouldn't show the ip for some paraniod reason.
i puttyed into my fedora box and the webmin service is running.
what could have happened!! like i say - this was working fine yesterday - also, the box didn't reboot - i did uptime on it and it's been up for 172 days!
