Hi
I have two users who in addition to their own personal mailbox have a shared mailbox. If they view the From field they can choose to send as the shared mailbox address instead of their default personal address. I want to change this so that the default send addres is the shared mailbox smtp and not their personal address. It seems a fairly reasonable thing to do, as I want 90% of the work to be contained in this mailbox.

Can this be done?

Create an new outlook profile, configure the shared mailbox as default. Then configure an aditional mailbox to open in the outlook profile and that one is the users personal mailbox. That should work.
