2008R2 Printer Migration

I want to copy the printer queues from 1 2008r2 server to another. In Printer Management Console of new server,

1) I add old server as remote
2) I ran migrate servers, selecting export and old server saving to file.
3) I ran migrate servers, selecting import and new server
4) Only error was not being able to import 1 language for 1 printer.

However, when I refresh printers on new print server it doesn't show any of the imported printers.

By chance, is the old print server 32-bit and the new one 64-bit? That complicate it since you can't just use the migration tool to do this.

No, both servers are 64 bit.

You have to use the Print Migration Wizard. The Print Migrator is no longer supported after 2003.

Even trying on the command line, still no luck. After manually adding 1 printer and sharing it (there was some error about needing to share a printer and not accessing print$). It still won't import, below is the out of the commands.
