What do you show under the "Finishing" tab? There are times, you need to select a "finisher" for the other options to show up.

attached is the finishing tab... I know the stacker is working I went to the prener and chose it as the main output and it printed to that location.

There is something driver related that needs to be set?

What version of the driver are you using? HP recommends the PCL 6. You could also try turning on "Automatic Configuration".

This may be your problem. I found this post on an HP website forum. Apparently, the latest PCL6 driver does NOT support the stacker. They were told by support to use the latest PCL5 universal. This is a 4515, which is in the same class.
