I just bought a P4300G2. Current software v8.5.00.0370.0.  I would like to have detail steps on how to upgrade this software to current version.  Please help, this is new to me.

I downloaded firmware "AX696-10514.upgrade".  Is this the latest firmware?  Is this the correct one? How can I update?

Thank you.

Thanks for the tip.  I was able to visit that site and read the onilne help.  It was not much help for me.

Found the solution.

1. Update the CMC from 8.5 to v9
2. Start FOM and update FOM v8 to v9
3. Using FOM in CMC to bring the StorageWorks node from 8.5  to v9
