is there a tool or script that can generate an export form AD of all the email accounts i have that are forwarding to another user, and who they are forwarding too?

I have a few hundred that are special accounts like president@ourdomain.com but they just forward to another user's mailbox

I'm migrating them all to AKA type 2nd smtp addresses but it's nice to not have to hunt them down

from the exchange 2007/2010 shell you can:
Get-Mailbox | Where {$_.ForwardingAddress -ne $null} | Select Name, ForwardingAddress, DeliverToMailboxAndForward

also has 2003 in:
