forgotten login password windows 7

is there an admin account.  I changed my password last night when really tired and cant remember it.  Also I have and image  on dvd and if I restore it will it go back to that password in the image

If you want a free alternative, you can use the Offline NT Password & Registry Editor from the Ultimate Boot CD.

If you never activated the local administrator, simply boot your computer in safe mode. Login as Administrator with no password, and change your password through the control panel user account interface or Manage.
