What is best way to Sync Droid with Outlook 2010 Contacts and Calendars over air

I am trying to figure out the bet way to Sync DROID with Outlook 2010 running in WIndows XP laptop.

I searched for solutons but only saw posts for over a year ago sayting there was no free options.

I would think Google would have come out with some free softwarefor this..

I want the Calendar and Contacts to sync to phone over the air when changed in Outlook or on Droid to Outlook.

There is no Exchange server and just have Outlook setup for access to Gmail account Droid uses.

If there are not free programs, then please list good and reasonable paid programs.

Thanks

Google Apps is $50 per user per year ... and it will do what you want.

If you need help with that, contact me.  I don't know if it is against the rules on this board.

I am setting this up to sync a Gmail accont to Outlook 2010 and not a company domain other than gmai.com email address.

When I looked into Google Apps for Buinsess iit says you need to enter your company domain and not gmail.com.

So can I still use this if no compnay domain?

Thanks

I will use touchdown for synching outlook and gmail for android phones.  There is a price tag to it but I don't know how much - but it works.

Thanks for the answers.  Companion Link is the solution I ended up using.  It costs about $39 and you can try for 14 day free trial.  It worked well.
