OWB, creating workspace question

I got this question, when trying to login:

"API5055: This user has not been registered to any warehouse builder workspace. Do you want to proceed to create a new workspace for it, or register it to an existing one?"

And the answer would be yes/no.

It is just as stupid as answer: "Is the earth round or flat?" Please answer yes/no.

Typical Oracle. The one who wrote this has probably never met a human, in his life. Just fiddeling around with his command line.

Yes.

Umm, maybe no.

I assume this more of a commentary and not a question?
