Can all Outlook & iPhone users use GAL as primary with Exchange 2010?

Last month we migrated an Exchange 2003 server to Exchange 2010 for a small client. On the 2k3 server, the client was running BES 4.1 as the owner had a Blackberry, and all users on Outlook 2007 accessed the owner's contact list and calendar as the master since they didn't need their own.
Now BES is no longer necessary as the owner has an iPhone 4. The owner is getting his contacts and calendar live from the GAL on the 2k10 server without issue. However, the owner's wife has an iPhone and needs to have the calendar and contacts on her phone as well.
Is it possible to have all users (iPhone or Outlook) use the owner's contact list and calendars as their own again, or do we need to set up some kind of scheduled duplication from the owner's to the other users'? And how could this be done?

@lucid8 - Thank you for the suggestion. It worked beautifully, and the owner's wife is happy now that she has contacts and her husband's calendar in her iPhone... and because the owner's wife is happy, the owner is happy, which makes me happy. =)
