auto zip attachments in outgoing emails

can email programs eg. Outlook auto zip attachments for outgoing emails? that means if we have some attached files unzipped, these files will be automatically zipped when sending.

I know only one free:
http://outlookcompress.nm.ru
But it is available only in russian and only for Outlook 2010.
