I have set up a conference room reservations site using the Microsoft template, I have two questions
1,  Any User can delete any other user's reservation.
2,  Any User can delete a resource.
Does anyone know of a way to resolve these issues?  All users need contribute permissions to use the site.
Thank you.

Open your Site

[1] Goto your reservation list / calendar
[2] Settings - > List Settings
[3] Advanced settings
[4] Item-Level Permissions
[5] Set  Edit access to - [Only their own]

Best of luck.
