We have installed streets and trips 2011 on win 7.  The program works fine until you hit the find button then the whole program locks up and you have to control-alt-del out of it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue.

please verify that you've met all required runtimes. Please also give the program a little more time to process your request. Also try other areas of the program to perform your action.

We gave it 10 minutes to look up one address and it just remains locked up. The install doesn't give any kind of error either.

I currently have that program installed on server 2008 x64 and I am not getting that behaviour with that application and your examples. Did you try reporting this to MS customer service/support?

were you able to perform the operation in older versions?

Every other computer has no issue running it, this desktop was freezing with 2008 so we upgraded to 2011 thinking it may have been a win 7 issue but it continues to do the same thing.

are your other computers relatively the same?  I have even tried to google your situation and I'm unable to find anything like this. can you also try running the program in compatibility mode for windows vista or windows xp sp2 and see if this changes anything?
