Exchange 2007 Public folder notifications

I'd like to create a transport rule which notifys members of a distribution group that a new email has arrived in a public folder.

Usiong the EMC GUI it will only allow the selection of people for conditions.

can anyone help me please?

you could possibly tell it to create and event when mail is sent to the public folder.
Then have the event viewer send a notification?

how would i go about doing that?

its literally when a mial comes in to the "CVs" public folder a notification needs to be sent to all members of a distribution group.

I am also thinking you can make a custom DSN (ndr message) but I am trying to figure out how to add an email address to it.
